Early in my career, I realized that repetitive tasks weren’t for me. The monotony of work that stifled creativity and strategic thinking—especially in spreadsheets and data processes—left me unfulfilled. I knew I couldn’t be the only one longing for work that truly engaged and challenged me. I began asking myself: How can we help talented individuals break free from the mundane? How can we enable them to focus on work that truly brings joy?

My journey across Africa, from midnight deliveries to complex system implementations, tested my limits and pushed me to think critically. These challenges forced me to find innovative solutions and, in doing so, I discovered the transformative power of simplicity.
